Work Details The contractor will provide all necessary materials, equipment, and personnel for routine dockside maintenance onboard the CGC KATHERINE WALKER. Anticipated tasks include: - Fire Prevention Requirements - Cleaning and inspecting tanks, potable water systems, voids, main diesel engine exhaust piping, ship service diesel generator exhaust piping - Commercial cleaning of various vent ducts (engine room, galley, pantry, laundry) - Cleaning and inspecting compressed air receivers and system valves - Hydro testing and flushing grey water and sewage piping - Preserving tanks - Renewing deck covering and electrical matting - Renewing lube oil system piping - Renewing fuel oil system piping - Renewing oily water system piping - Renewing gaff arm pad-eyes - Renewing compartment insulation - Replacing plot house windows - Renewing ATON tie downs. Period of Performance The anticipated period of performance is from 10 March 2026 to 18 May 2026. Place of Performance All work is to be performed at the cutter’s home pier located at 85 Port Terminal Blvd, Slip 1 Bayonne, NJ 07002.
