Asphalt Paving Repair

***The site visit date will be updated and confimed when the full Soliciation is posted** Asphalt paving repairs include site investigation, grading for drainage, full replacement (base course aggregate and bituminous), mill and overlay, hot mix asphalt, sealing, striping, and incidental services. See attached draft RFP with its attachments. The solicitation includes one line item for a roadway full replacement, and 14 option line items for other roads and parking areas. All 15 roadways or parking areas are contiguous or adjacent to another. See attached draft Pricing Schedule and Area of Work Map. The magnitude of this project is approximately 12,500 square yards hot-mix asphalt roadway and parking area repair, including mill and overlay and full base course replacement, grading for drainage, sealing new asphalt against existing concrete, and pavement markings, if all options are exercised, for between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
