Background

The State of Rhode Island is issuing the MPA 506 Open Enrollment solicitation to establish a qualified list of vendors for the provision of equipment, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, inspection, and repair services specifically for landscaping, snow removal, and other maintenance equipment. This initiative aims to ensure that the state has reliable vendors available for these essential services. The Open Enrollment will be reviewed quarterly every 90 days.

Work Details

Vendors are required to provide the following services: - Equipment purchase - Preventative maintenance - General maintenance - Inspection services - Repair services for landscaping and snow removal equipment. This solicitation allows vendors to submit proposals at any time for consideration on the qualified vendor list. Services will be utilized on an as-needed basis, with selection based on price, expertise, and availability.

Period of Performance

The contract period is from December 04, 2025, to December 01, 2027.

Place of Performance

Services will be performed within the State of Rhode Island.

Bidder Requirements

Vendors must register in Ocean State Procures to submit responses. They are required to maintain all necessary licenses and insurance throughout the contract duration. Vendors must also comply with MBE/WBE participation requirements as outlined in Rhode Island law.
