Background The New Hampshire Department of Administrative Services, through its Division of Procurement and Support Services, is issuing a Request for Bid (RFB) for a Drawn Disk Harrow. The purpose of this bid invitation is to establish a contract in the form of a purchase order to supply the State of New Hampshire with the specified item(s). This contract aims to fulfill the state's agricultural needs efficiently and effectively. Work Details The successful vendor will provide one (1) TM1411D Drawn Disk Harrow with the following specifications: - 10’ x 6’ - Notched front & smooth rear discs - 22” discs - 9” spacing - Includes scraper kit. The total cost must be quoted in US dollars and should include delivery and all other costs as required by this bid invitation. The vendor must ensure that all equipment/items offered are new, current model year, and meet or exceed the required specifications. Period of Performance Delivery of the items is required within 90 days after receipt of Purchase Order. Place of Performance Delivery shall be made to NH State Forest Nursery, located at 405 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be duly registered as a vendor authorized to conduct business in the State of New Hampshire. A completed Vendor Application Package must be on file with the NH Bureau of Purchase and Property prior to bid award. The successful vendor shall warranty all equipment/items for a period of not less than one (1) year from the date items are received and accepted by the state.
