Additionally, all vehicles must be compliant with NYC Administrative Code Section 6-141 regarding side guards, which must be installed on all provided vehicles. The pricing for side guards must be itemized separately in the bid submission. Period of Performance The contract period is set from March 1, 2026, through February 28, 2031. The city reserves the right to adjust these dates prior to and after contract registration based on actual registration dates.
