The U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii (USAG-HI) is issuing this requirement to conduct a Military Airfield Obstruction Survey at Bradshaw Army Airfield, located in the Pohakuloa Training Area on the Island of Hawaii. Work Details

The contractor will provide the following deliverables as part of the Airfield Obstruction Survey: 1. **Airfield Obstruction Survey Reports** (CLIN 0001) - Quantity: 1 EA - Reference PWS paragraphs 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0; Exhibits 2.1B, 2.2, and 2.3. 2. **Travel** (CLIN 0002) - Quantity: 3 EA - Reference PWS paragraph 7.0. The contractor must design, develop, and deliver an updated FAA Airfield Obstruction Survey that includes: - High-Resolution Obstruction Maps with coordinate and elevation data. - A 3D Airspace Surface Model visualizing penetration areas. - A Compliance Matrix cross-referencing findings against applicable UFC and FAA criteria. - GIS-compatible Digital Files (ESRI shapefiles, KMZ/KML formats). - A Regulatory Submission Package formatted for USAASA and FAA review.
