Work Details The contract includes the following items: 1. 31 units of Extreme Networks 48 Port Network Switch (Model 5420M-48W-4) or equal. 2. 2 units of Extreme Networks 5520-24X or equal. 3. 2 units of Extreme Networks XN-ACPWR-350W-FB Power Supply or equal. 4. 33 units of Power Cord - Part 10099 or equal. 5. 1 unit of OSFP28/5520 Stacking Cable or equal. 6. 36 units of Extreme Networks SFP+ transceiver module (Part# 10301) or equal. 7. 24 units of Extreme Networks 1M SFP+ Twinaxial cable (Part# 10304) or equal. Period of Performance The contract period begins upon award and continues until all goods have been delivered, but will not extend beyond one fiscal year. Place of Performance Delivery and invoicing will occur at the Environmental Protection Office located at 601 57th St SE, Charleston, WV. Bidder Requirements Vendors must be properly registered with the West Virginia Purchasing Division and have paid a $125 fee prior to contract award. Additionally, vendors must comply with all applicable state and local laws, including licensing requirements.
