The goal is to gather information on firms interested in providing construction services for the Phillips Parkway Haul Route at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Work Details The project involves the construction of approximately 5.0 miles of twelve-foot lane and four-foot shoulder along Phillips Parkway from the South Gate to the road split just south of the Industrial Area, as well as Hangar Road from the intersection with NASA Causeway south to its merge with Phillips Parkway. Key tasks include: adding lanes and shoulders, maintaining traffic, providing appropriate signage, rerouting utilities as necessary, site preparation including clearing and grubbing, removal of vegetation, and grading for roadbed.
