If you have any issues in submitting your proposal electronically, coordinate with Ms. Angella Curran immediately at (816) 389-3816. The due date for the receipt of proposals is listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. The final date to submit questions is five (5) days prior to the due date of the synopsis/solicitation.
