The Government will utilize FAR Part 13 procedures and conduct an integrated assessment for a best value award decision based on the following evaluation factors: Price, Technical Capability, and Past Performance.

Background The 28th Contracting Squadron at Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB), South Dakota, is issuing a solicitation for Air Compressor Maintenance Services. The mission of the agency is to ensure sustained mission capability through effective maintenance and repair of air compressors, air dryers, and associated ancillary equipment. The goal of this contract is to procure services that will maintain, calibrate, and repair these essential systems. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for providing all services necessary to maintain, calibrate, and repair air compressors and air dryers at Ellsworth AFB. This includes: - Performing preventative maintenance on air compressors in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated December 2025. - Conducting unscheduled repairs as needed per Paragraph 4.6 of the PWS. - Ensuring that all work performed supports the sustained mission capability of the base's operations. - Participation in training events and drills related to continuity of operations procedures as directed by the government.
