Background DLA Distribution has identified a need for a Labor Support contract to support distribution services for DLA, DoD, and other Whole of Government Customers. The goal of this contract is to provide labor augmentation support and labor solutions across multiple locations within the continental United States (CONUS), including Hawaii. This initiative aims to consolidate existing standalone labor distribution support contracts. Work Details The scope of this requirement includes non-contingency labor augmentation support for acquisition cycles greater than 90 days. The contract will be structured as a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. It is expected that at least two offerors will be awarded contracts based on competitive bidding. The services provided under this contract will include labor solutions tailored to meet the needs of DLA, DoD, and other government customers. Period of Performance The period of performance includes a five-year base ordering period from January 2, 2027, to January 1, 2032, followed by an optional five-year ordering period from January 2, 2032, to January 1, 2037. Place of Performance The contract will be performed at multiple CONUS locations including Hawaii.
