Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with recurring and non-recurring Environmental Sampling Services at the Naval Weapons Station Crane, Crane, IN and Lake Glendora Test Facility, Sullivan, Indiana. The contractor shall have the ability to provide environmental sampling services including building and equipment surveys, consultation and program management support related to asbestos, lead, PCBs, soil and water, environmental condition of property assessments, and testing and laboratory analysis services. Additional services required include library, database file, and program support related to these environmental programs. This acquisition will result in the award of a contract for a term of one 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods. The term of the contract will not exceed sixty (60) months or the total value of the contract, whichever comes first. The options may be exercised within the time frame specified in the resultant contract at the sole discretion of the Government subject to workload and/or satisfaction of the contractor?s performance under this contract.

Conduct building and equipment surveys for asbestos, lead, PCBs, soil, and water. 2. Provide consultation and program management support related to hazardous materials. 3. Perform environmental condition assessments of properties. 4. Execute laboratory testing and analysis services for samples collected during surveys. 5. Maintain an updated Asbestos Inventory Database and Lead Paint Inventory Database on a quarterly basis. 6. Conduct annual library file management for environmental programs including maintaining logs for reports added or removed. 7. Perform swimming pool water quality sampling including transporting samples for analysis of total coliform, E. coli, and heterotrophic plate count over a specified period. Period of Performance The contract will have a base period of 12 months with four optional 12-month periods that may be exercised at the government's discretion based on workload or contractor performance satisfaction. Place of Performance The work will be performed primarily at the Naval Weapons Station Crane in Crane, Indiana, with some tasks also conducted at the Lake Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan, Indiana.
