Background

The 161st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) of the Arizona Air National Guard, located at 3200 E Old Tower Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85034, has a requirement to procure a Genesis Resource Keywatcher automated management system. This system is intended to optimize the storage and accountability of keys and mileage records for agency vehicles, cabinets, and cages. The contract will be awarded to Genesis Resource Inc., based in Gilbert, AZ. The award is a sole source contract due to the unique capabilities of Genesis Resource's products. Work Details: The contract includes the delivery and installation of the Genesis Resource Automated Keywatcher System. Specific items include: - CLIN 0001: One (1) Individual Key Locker with the following specifications: - System capable of handling up to 15 cabinets with up to 1,440 keys. - Cabinet sizes made from 18 Gauge steel for the cabinet and 13 Gauge steel for the door. - Various cabinet dimensions provided for different configurations. - Features include an electric lock, alarmed cabinet for unauthorized use, built-in touch screen display, monitored battery backup, USB ports for upgrades, and Ethernet connection for PC communication. - Warranty support includes next day air shipping authorized by a technician, remote support for part replacement, and emergency after-hours phone support with a fixed annual cost per unit. - Software capabilities include key tracking features like 'KeyAnywhere', 'My Keys Out', and 'KeyFind', as well as user management functionalities allowing up to 10,000 user codes per site.
