The NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and Elmira Psychiatric Center, located at 100 Washington Street, NY 14901, are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Generators & Ancillary Equipment at the facility. Award will result in a five-year contract effective July 1, 2026. A mandatory site visit will be held at the facility on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 11:00am ET. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, January 26, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, February 3, 2026 by 3:00pm ET per the instruction in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by February 10, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
