Place of Performance The project will take place in Pineway Addition Phase 2 located north of 29th Street N and east of West Street in Wichita, Kansas. Bidder Requirements Bidders must have a minimum of three years’ experience in providing similar services. They must comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Bidders are required to register with the Kansas Secretary of State’s Office before contract execution. A bid bond of five percent of the total bid is required prior to bid opening.
