Work Details The scope of work includes: 1) Removal of the existing interior grease trap; 2) Reworking the existing underground sanitary system inside the Food Service Building; 3) Installation of a new exterior underground grease trap; 4) Installation of new sanitary piping from the building to the grease trap and from the grease trap to an existing sanitary pipe. The contractor must use specified or approved materials only, with no substitutions allowed after bid opening.
