Background

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is issuing a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) contract for bulk landscape materials specifically for the Fort Bliss National Cemetery located in El Paso, Texas. The goal of this contract is to procure necessary landscape materials to maintain and enhance the cemetery grounds.

Work Details

The contractor will be responsible for the purchase and delivery of the following materials: 1. Franklin Red Crushed Granite Rock 2. Aggregate Course Screening Grey Rock **Specifications:** - **Crushed Rock (General)**: Must be composed of limestone, granite, dolomite, or other hard rock produced by blasting and crushing. It should be clean, durable, and free from any detrimental substances. - **Franklin Red Rock**: 3/8 crushed granite rock base with specific gradation requirements: - Sieve Size % Passing: - 3/8 95 - 100% - No. 4 80 - 95% - No. 10 50 - 85% - No. 40 25 - 60% - No. 200 4 - 10%

Delivery Requirements

** - Materials must be delivered within five (5) business days of order receipt. - Deliveries must occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM using a dump truck sized between 10 to 16 cubic yards. - A weight ticket detailing gross, tare, and net weights must accompany each delivery. **Minimum and Maximum Quantities per Contract Year:**

Grey Rock

Minimum 250 Ton, Maximum 500 Ton

Franklin Red

Minimum 700 Ton, Maximum 1,100 Ton
