Work Details The service agreement will cover the following tasks and services: - Preventative on-site maintenance for the MaiTai multiphoton laser with DeepSee detector and chiller equipment, including units MAITAI HP w/DeepSee, s/n 3196-EV, MAITAI HP s/n 3192-EV w/DeepSee, s/n 4079. - Parts: All components requiring replacement to achieve proper specifications will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. - Labor: All labor required to repair the unit in case of performance decline or failure is fully covered under this plan. - Travel: All time consumed by a Field Engineer traveling to and from the customer site for any required work is covered at no additional cost to the customer. - Coordination of repairs and/or service with NICHD.
