Background

The 114th Fighter Wing Contracting Office, located at Joe Foss Field, SD, intends to award a sole source contract to Black River Systems Company, Inc. This contract is aimed at providing specialized equipment replacement for the Ninja Counter sUAS system currently in use for Unmanned Aircraft Systems protection. The proprietary nature of the system necessitates that only Black River Systems can fulfill the requirements of this contract. SS-365-SW-CS Ninja Annual Software Support, Library Updates, & Customer Service / Help Desk Support / Support Web-portal Access 3. SS-365-HW-GEN2 Ninja Gen2 System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Management, Factory Repairs) 4. SS-365-HW-TRX Ninja TRx System Hardware Warranty Extension (RMA Management, Factory Repairs) These components are essential for maintaining and upgrading the existing Ninja Counter sUAS system.
