Background

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) Construction Contracting Office, is seeking eligible Small Businesses capable of performing on Design-Build/Design-Bid-Build (DB/DBB) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Regional Multiple Award Construction Contracts (RMACCs). The goal of this contract is to provide General Construction Services across the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Work Details

The RMACC III will encompass a wide range of construction projects including but not limited to: administrative buildings, schools/training facilities, multi-mission station buildings, offshore structures, electronics and research buildings, aviation and aviation fuel facilities, hospital and medical complexes, industrial maintenance facilities, warehouses, hangars, communications facilities, recreational and morale facilities, training areas/ranges, waterfront and harbor structures such as piers and wharves. Incidental work will involve specialty trades including Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP), Civil & Architectural systems such as HVAC and fire protection systems. Additional tasks include utility distribution systems for potable water and sanitary sewer, stormwater control systems, historical restoration work, painting, concrete repairs, building renovations, road repairs, roof repairs, and the removal/disposal of hazardous materials like asbestos or lead.

Place of Performance

The construction projects will be performed in various geographical locations corresponding to Coast Guard Districts across the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
