Summary: Background The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC APG), on behalf of the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), seeks contractor support for the Unidirectional Hydrant Flushing and Repair Program at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) South (Edgewood) and Adelphi Laboratory Center. The goal of this contract is to execute APG's unidirectional flushing program and produce all associated documentation and data deliverables. This acquisition is being conducted under the Two Step Sealed Bidding procedures. Work Details The contractor shall perform all tasks necessary to execute the unidirectional flushing program, which includes: 1. Monthly Unidirectional Flushing; 2. Fire Hydrant Flow Testing; 3. Hydrant Services; 4. Valve Services; 5. Cross Connection and Usage Monitoring; 6. Pipeline Services; 7. Administrative and Critical Support Services; 8. Specialized Equipment and Services; 9. Concrete and Asphalt Surface Restoration. Specific requirements will be defined through the issuance of task orders, which may be placed at any time during the ordering period. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the construction projects will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
