Background Fairchild Air Force Base aims to maximize space utilization through the implementation of lateral filing systems. Work Details The contractor is required to furnish a new lateral filing system, specifically the BRAND NAME or EQUAL MEG 125-1311S VCM Kardex Megamat 125 VCM, with a quantity of 1 unit. The salient characteristics include: 1. Overall dimensions of 90.56” H (+/- 1”) x 103.54” W (+/- 1”) x 47.32" D (+12” Including Work Counter) (+/- 1”). 2. Inclusion of 13 Lateral Carriers with drawers for filing Top Tab Folders. 3. Standard manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor for a period of 2 years. 4. A manual drive crank for carrier movement during electric outages for easy access to contents. 5. A fixed standing position posting board at 39.4” high with a light gray finish. 6. Minimum file capacity of 1,261 linear file inches (L.F.I.), optimized for allocated space. 7. Computer interface connected to the controller located in the work counter. 8.
