We are seeking Information on available vendors with the capabilities of performing this requirement IAW the attached Draft PWS. If your company is interested and capable of fulfilling the requirement, please complete and return the attached Request for Information (RFI) questionaire to include questions/conerns regarding the requirement to BOTH POCs listed in this notice. Summary: Background The Government is conducting market research to identify potential contractors capable of providing troubleshooting and repair services for portable chillers at JBSA Lackland and Fort Sam Houston. The goal of this contract is to restore eight portable chiller units to full operational capability as outlined in the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work Details The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and technical expertise to diagnose, repair, and test eight portable chiller units. Key tasks include: 1. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Perform visual inspections, system diagnostics, data analysis, and leak detection. 2. Repair & Maintenance Tasks: Repair refrigerant leaks, replace defective components (compressors, fans, valves), inspect electrical systems, clean condenser coils. 3. Testing & Commissioning: Conduct performance testing under load, calibrate controls to factory specifications, perform final inspections for leaks and flow rates. 4. Deliverables: Provide detailed service reports, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for chemicals used, and logs of final operational data. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the construction projects will be performed (if provided). Place of Performance JBSA Lackland (1555 Gott Street) and Fort Sam Houston (2199 Storage Street).
