Summary: Background The contract is issued by Keesler Air Force Base (AFB) as part of their mission to maintain and improve base infrastructure. The goal of this contract is to repair Well #9, which includes various construction tasks aimed at enhancing the well's functionality and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The project consists of two phases: Phase 1 focuses on well construction, while Phase 2 involves generator installation.
