ARC Sewer Improvements

Background

The Town of Duck Hill is issuing a solicitation for the construction of ARC Sewer Improvements under Project No. MS-21991-2024. This project aims to enhance wastewater collection in the area, contributing to the overall infrastructure improvements funded in part by the Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC). Work Details

The work includes the following approximate items for wastewater collection improvements: - 600 linear feet of gravity sewer line replacements - Three manhole replacements - Two manhole installations The contract will be awarded as an entire job; individual items will not be let for separate work.

Period of Performance

The contract performance period begins upon award and is expected to be completed by June 25, 2026.

Place of Performance

The work will be performed in Duck Hill, Mississippi, specifically at locations designated by the Town of Duck Hill.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must comply with the Davis-Bacon Act, ensuring that all laborers and mechanics are paid at rates determined by the Department of Labor. Additionally, compliance with the Build America, Buy America Act is required. Bidders must submit a bid security as specified in the Information for Bidders and cannot withdraw their bids within 60 days after bid opening. Bids will only be accepted from those who have registered and received contract documents from Plan House Printing.
