Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Services For Butte County Sheriffs Office

Work Requested

The County of Butte is seeking multiple qualified firms to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services for the Butte County Sheriff's Office fleet. The scope of work includes:

Preventative Maintenance

Oil changes, tire rotations, factory recall services, vehicle inspections, and other minor preventative maintenance tasks.

Routine Maintenance

Factory-recommended milestone services, tire replacement, and brake pad and rotor replacement.

Repair Services

All necessary repairs required to ensure vehicles remain in safe operating condition, as detailed in the RFP specifications.

Requesting Entity

This solicitation is issued by the County of Butte, referred to as the "County." The services are specifically for the fleet vehicles used by the Sheriff's Office.

Background

The County requires ongoing preventative and routine maintenance, as well as repair services, to keep the Sheriff's Office fleet in optimal and safe working condition. This contract will support the operational readiness and safety of law enforcement vehicles.

Contract Requirements

Firms must be able to perform all listed maintenance and repair services per the specifications outlined in the RFP. The evaluation criteria for contract award are as follows: - Cost: 40 points maximum - Experience/Qualifications: 30 points maximum - Capabilities: 30 points maximum - Total: 100 points
