Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement and an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance with their bid. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier’s check, money order or bid bond made payable to Northview Public Schools for no less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid for proposals exceeding $50,000. Successful bidders will also need to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid.
