Background

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system, created to oversee and coordinate health and human services in Texas. Period of Performance

The initial contract term is one year with four optional one-year renewal periods, allowing a maximum contract term of five years. The contract will commence on the date of award.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must have a minimum of five years relevant experience in providing similar services. Personnel assigned must also have five years relevant experience. All personnel must be at least 18 years old and possess required licenses or accreditations. Bidders are encouraged to submit a HUB Subcontracting Plan if subcontracting opportunities are identified.
