Appraisal Services

Background

The Office of City Administrator, Real Estate Division (RED) of the City and County of San Francisco is seeking qualified suppliers to provide proposals for as-needed real estate appraisal services. RED is responsible for the acquisition, sale, lease, and management of numerous properties owned or leased by the City. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to create a pool of pre-qualified contractors to ensure compliance with appraisal requirements outlined in Chapter 23 of the City’s Administrative Code.
