MWRA Contract No. OP-513 Fire Alarm Service Metro Boston

Background

The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA) is responsible for providing water and wastewater services to the Greater Boston area. The goal of this contract, MWRA Contract No. OP-513, is to ensure the safety and functionality of fire alarm systems across various Authority facilities in Metro Boston through comprehensive service and maintenance.

Work Details

The contractor will provide testing and monitoring of fire alarm systems, as well as non-emergency and emergency on-site repair services. The work will be conducted at various MWRA facilities located in the Metropolitan Boston area. The contract duration is set for 1095 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.

Period of Performance

1095 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed.

Place of Performance

Various Authority facilities located in the Metropolitan Boston area of Massachusetts.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must possess a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM that demonstrates they have the classification and capacity rating to perform the work. Additionally, bidders must be certified in Alarm Systems.
