Paint and Lights Bldg 102 & Bldg 110

Summary: Background The contract is issued by the California Air National Guard, specifically the 144th Fighter Wing, with the goal of repainting and upgrading lighting in Buildings 102 and 110. This project aims to enhance the interior aesthetics and functionality of office spaces and vehicle workshops within these facilities. Work Details The contractor shall provide non-personal services including all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances, and supervision necessary to accomplish the following tasks: painting approximately 2,000 square feet of office space and 5,500 square feet of production areas. Preparatory work will include repairing walls, sanding, and priming. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for replacing all interior incandescent light bulbs with LED bulbs. The contractor must ensure that furniture and equipment are protected during the work but will not be responsible for moving them. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the construction projects will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance The construction projects will be performed at the California Air National Guard base in Fresno. Bidder Requirements This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must have relevant contractor or trade licenses. Bid/payment/performance bonds are required. Offerors must complete Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) Prequalification for base access and submit a base access form prior to a site visit.
