Cable Relocation Pleasant Valley

Summary: Background The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is issuing this contract for the relocation of cable at the Pleasant Valley site as part of its Operational Technology Division's efforts. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper installation and maintenance of communication infrastructure critical to the agency's operations. Work Details The contractor will be responsible for the removal of two pieces of coaxial cable up to 450 feet in length and the installation of 700 feet of 1 5/8 inch cable. Additionally, there may be a need for the replacement of an antenna at 700 feet, repair or replacement of missing cable clamps, and conducting sweep testing of the line and antenna after installation. This work will take place on a Midland Family Life radio guyed tower. Period of Performance The contract period is set from March 6, 2026, to June 5, 2026. Bidder Requirements Bidders must demonstrate compliance with specific security requirements due to the nature of the work being performed. This includes providing a Key Management Personnel Listing (KMPL) and completing FBI supplemental acquisition risk questionnaires. Contractors must also possess necessary licenses and bonding as required for construction projects.
