The purpose of this SOW is to provide a comprehensive education and training program for Sterile Processing personnel, utilizing the MySPD Education and Training platform powered by Incision. This program will enhance staff competency, regulatory readiness, and adherence to industry standards through structured e-learning, competency tracking, and option on-site support. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide the following training services to include: Core SPD Training - Deliver 22 multimedia e-learning courses covering 7 major themes to provide a foundational education in sterile processing. Ensure associates gain knowledge and skills necessary for safe and efficient SPD operations. Flexible Endoscope Reprocessing E-Learning Training Program. Provide 8 specialized courses with practical, step-by-step guidance on endoscope reprocessing. Ensure compliance with current standards and safe handling of complex devices. Specialty Instruments Reprocessing Training Program Provide 7 specialized courses focusing on complex surgical instrument reprocessing. Build confidence and competence in handling high-tech surgical equipment. Add specialized courses to the program throughout the year as developed. Provide approximately 109 AAMI-compliant SOPs covering: Sterilization (HLD, Steam, Low Temp) Flexible Endoscopy Decontamination Assembly Ensure SOPs are reviewed quarterly by a multidisciplinary committee and reviewed as necessary. Competency Tracking Utilize Incision competency tracking software to strengthen audit readiness and regulatory compliance. Track individual and team progress in real- time and with clear visibility into readiness and development. Implementation and Support Implementation Boot Camp Ensure associates utilize the platform effectively Identify 1-2 super-users for reporting mechanisms, SOP acknowledgement, and competency monitoring. Establish training plans for associates below independent status. Monthly Pulse Checks Contractor s education manager to conduct monthly check-ins to ensure progress and answer questions. Quarterly In-Service Provide 3 CEU-approved in-services per quarter. Supply facilities with in-service materials (hardcopy or electronic) for staff distribution. Virtual Certification Courses Provide up to three seats per quarter for virtual certification courses. Option Add- Ons. Annual onsite education audits and action plans to ensure proper platform use and identify improvement opportunities. Onsite Training, Consulting, and Process Improvement. Onsite Competency Validations Deliverables Access to all e-learning modules. Competency tracking reports SOP documentation and quarterly updates. Monthly pulse check reports. Quarterly in-service completion documentation. Optional onsite audit and training reports as requested. Acceptance Criteria: Successful completion of training modules by SPD personnel.
