This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: Quarterly and monthly preventative maintenance services on new HVAC mechanical equipment Description of requirements is as follows: Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for full technical specifications/requirements. See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
