This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the repairs and maintenance inspections on two (2) UTVs at Fairchild AFB. Please see attached RFQ and attachments for more details.

Background The 66th Training Squadron (66 TRS) operates the Department of the Air Force’s Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) Specialist Training School, responsible for training over 750 students annually across multiple biomes in three states. A reliable Utility Terrain Vehicle (UTV) fleet is essential for conducting this training safely and effectively in austere conditions throughout the year. This contract provides the specialized maintenance required to restore two damaged UTVs to a high state of operational readiness, thereby mitigating risks to personnel and ensuring the continuity of the training mission. Work Details The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supervision, and other non-personal services necessary to perform repairs and maintenance inspections on two UTVs assigned to the 66 TRS at Fairchild AFB, WA. The specific vehicles are: - UTV 1 - 2017 Polaris RZR (VIN# 3NSVCE877HH014957) - UTV 2 - 2026 Polaris Xpedition Adv (VIN# 3NSGZW998TM198870). All work must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and applicable regulations. The contractor must restore both UTVs to a fully functional and safe operational state, addressing any outstanding OEM recalls. Waste generated during repairs must be disposed of according to federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor is also required to notify the Government Point of Contact (POC) upon completion of repairs and when the UTVs are ready for pickup. If additional repairs beyond the initial scope are identified, these must be communicated immediately to the POC for approval before proceeding. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the contract will be performed (if provided) Place of Performance Repairs will be completed at the contractor's place of business within a maximum radius of 50 miles from Fairchild Air Force Base, WA. Bidder Requirements This opportunity is a Small Business Set Aside - Total (SBA). Bidders must have relevant experience in automotive repair services.
