Incumbent Analysis (see Incumbents section for more detail) This opportunity appears to have a confirmed incumbent, with Advantix Engineering holding prior generator preventive maintenance and repair awards at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico under contracts W912C320C0004 (valued at $3,272,348) and W912C326PA001 (valued at $44,739). The prior work includes scheduled preventive maintenance, annual services, and emergency repairs for generators in accordance with a PWS, which aligns closely with the current requirement to perform preventive maintenance for the generators listed in Technical Exhibit 02 and conduct necessary repairs to maintain full operational capability. The continued focus on generator maintenance at the same installation suggests the new effort may be a continuation or follow-on of the existing scope.
