Background The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a sole source contract to Cherokee Nation Armored Solutions (CNAS) for inventory management and shipping support related to Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wireless (TOW) missile systems and the Bradley Fighting Vehicle Family of Systems. The goal of this contract is to manage and maintain both current and new inventory at the CNI facilities located in Huntsville, Alabama. This contract will utilize the 3-Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), SPRRA2-26-D-0009. Work Details The contract includes one Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001) for Inventory Management and Shipping Support on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) basis. The contractor will be responsible for: - Receipt and Inspection: Receive, inspect, and document all incoming Government Furnished Material (GFM) shipments, verifying quantities against shipping documents. Report discrepancies immediately. - Inventory Management: Provide material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts and pallet jacks, along with trained personnel to safely move and store GFM. Maintain an accurate inventory of all stored GFM as identified in the attachment 'Annex – Spares Listing for UBI A6.' Provide biweekly inventory reports reflecting updates on received items and quantities. - Secure Storage: Offer secure, climate-controlled warehousing space sufficient for anticipated GFM volume. - Preparing Shipments of GFM: Handle packaging/materials needed for shipment preparation and prepare DD1149s for shipment. Additionally, CLIN 0002 involves providing all necessary materials to support the management and final shipping of items for the Thailand Case. Period of Performance The geographic location(s) the product will be delivered to or performed at. Place of Performance The geographic location for performance is primarily at the CNI facilities located at 1236 Jordan Road, Huntsville, Alabama. Bidder Requirements Bidders must comply with specific requirements including pricing for CLIN 0001 on a Firm Fixed Price basis. The offeror must provide detailed cost data supporting their proposal including labor categories, hours proposed by category, material costs, equipment costs, and total cost breakdowns. Additionally, they must include supporting documentation for any proposed subcontractors.
