The Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science (MSMS) is seeking to procure the Reach Student Life Management Platform as a sole source purchase. This platform is intended to support the unique operational, behavioral, and residential management needs of their high school residential program, ensuring safety and accountability for students.

Work Details

The Reach Software Platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools specifically designed for residential schools. Key features include: 1. Real-time location tracking and permission-based student checkouts. 2. Communication tools accessible to students, parents, and staff. 3. Attendance tracking, duty logs, leave management, event management, and student accountability integrated into one system. 4. Dedicated tools for managing behavioral notes and facilitating communication between staff, students, and families. The platform is proprietary with no authorized resellers or equivalent systems available in the marketplace.

Period of Performance

The contract will be executed following the approval of the sole source justification, with ongoing support provided post-implementation.
