The Department of Consumer Affairs of the State of California is seeking to lease approximately 2,745 net usable square feet (nusf) of office space in the City of Santa Clarita. This solicitation aims to find commercial real estate properties that meet specific criteria set forth by the agency. The Department of General Services serves as a full-service commercial real estate provider for the State.

Work Details

The office space must meet the following requirements: 1) Be asbestos hazard-free upon occupancy; 2) Accommodate state plans, specifications, seismic safety, and comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable codes including the California Building Code & Title 24; 3) Be located close to public transportation; 4) Comply with Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements. Preference will be given to buildings demonstrating LEED or Energy Star compliance. Additionally, the lease must include sixteen (16) non-exclusive parking spaces and three (3) exclusive EV charger stalls.
