Construction Services for Portable Classroom Units

THRIVE Community School (TCS) in Santa Fe, New Mexico, is seeking bids from qualified General Contractors for construction services. The work includes disconnection, site work, installation, and retrofit of three double portable classroom units at TCS's campus located at 7300 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, NM 87505. Bidders should note that TCS reserves the right to approve or reject any proposal, or part of any proposal, in accordance with its best interests and applicable law. All costs associated with preparing and submitting a proposal must be borne by the bidding party and included in the total estimated costs provided. There is no pre-registration required for bidders.
