Background

Printing Requirements

A state seal printed three times at 30% density; permit numbers must be sequentially numbered from 017000A01; barcodes must be printed in Code 39 format; ink colors specified as Process Blue, Black, and Red. - Micro-perforation specifications include two lines running full width of the paper with specific positioning. - Packaging must be in sequential order with clear labeling on cartons. - Delivery F.O.B. destination to the Secretary of State's warehouse in Springfield, IL.

Period of Performance

The contract will commence upon execution and is for a one-time purchase with a maximum total term not exceeding ten (10) years.

Place of Performance

The printing will take place at a union print shop and delivery will be made to the Secretary of State VSD/Warehouse located at 3701 Winchester Road, Springfield, IL 62707.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must be certified as a union print shop to qualify for this contract. Additionally, they must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations regarding procurement and contracting.
