Work Requested

The San Antonio Water System is seeking bids for the supply of an ACROBAT 250 2" IPS - 8" DIPS (63MM - 250MM) fusing machine. Bidders are expected to furnish all goods, supplies, equipment, and/or services specified in this solicitation. Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Purchasing Department.

Background

The purpose of this contract is to procure a fusing machine as detailed above, to support the operational needs of the San Antonio Water System.

Contract Requirements

- Bidders must agree to provide all items upon which prices are offered, at the prices and under the terms and conditions specified in the solicitation. - The acceptance period for submitted bids is 90 calendar days after the bid opening date.

- Bids may be submitted electronically or as sealed bids. - Sealed Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Director of Purchasing, and clearly marked with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name on the outside. - Sealed Bids should be mailed or hand delivered to:
