Redstone Township-Various Areas Road Reconstruction and Brownsville Township Road Reconstruction Project

The Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, Pennsylvania (RACF) is inviting bids for two road reconstruction projects: Redstone Township-Various Areas Road Reconstruction and Brownsville Township Road Reconstruction Project. Bids must be submitted by 1:15 P.M. on July 9, 2026, at the RACF offices located at 86 West Main Street, Uniontown, PA, where they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Contract Documents, which include drawings and technical specifications, are available electronically at the Office of the Redevelopment Authority of the County of Fayette, PA. Interested bidders can obtain copies of the Contract Documents for a non-refundable fee of $50. If a hard copy is requested, it can be mailed for an additional charge of $10 for postage and handling. Each bid must include a Bid Bond or other security amounting to ten percent (10%) of the total bid. The projects are subject to certain Federal and State requirements, including the payment of prevailing wages and non-discrimination in hiring and employment. The contract documents provide further details on these requirements. RACF reserves the right to reject any or all bids and may hold bids for up to sixty (60) days after the opening date.
