Parks Flo-Lab Model: 2100 SX-2 Non-invasive vascular systems for Central Ohio Technical College (Qty: 2)

Work Requested

Central Ohio Technical College (COTC) is seeking bids for the supply of two (2) Parks Flo-Lab Model: 2100 SX-2 Non-invasive Vascular Systems. The systems may be new or used (provided they are less than 1 year old). Each system must include:

Gen 2 Doppler with Parks Ultra-Shield Technology

- Multiport Cuff Inflator with 12 port automatic cuff selection - 24" Touch screen monitor - Ez-Clean Vinyl Blood Pressure Cuffs, including: - 6 x 10 cm cuffs - 6 x 12 cm cuffs - 2 digit cuffs - 2 x 17 cm contour cuffs The price submitted must include delivery/shipping.

Background

COTC requires these non-invasive vascular systems to support its educational and clinical programs. The college is a Sales Tax Exempt Organization. The award will be made in the form of a COTC Purchase Order, and the awarded bidder should review the COTC Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.

Contract Requirements

- Warranty must be provided as follows: - Six (6) months warranty on Doppler probes, PPG sensors, and on BP cuffs and bladders - Twenty-four (24) month mail-back warranty on parts and labor for the remainder of the unit - Any variances from the listed specifications must be clearly outlined in the bid and will be reviewed for acceptance by COTC personnel.

Instructions on Submission

- All questions must be submitted in writing via the Public Purchase website no later than June 26, 2026 at 5:00 PM. - Bidders must attach a detailed quote sheet and input the dollar amounts on the provided form. - The anticipated delivery date must be included in the submission.
