Sourcewell is seeking proposals for the provision of Airfield Runway Materials, Services, and Related Solutions. The goal is to establish a comprehensive procurement solution that will be available for use by Sourcewell's Participating Entities. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: - Supplying airfield runway materials - Providing related services for airfield runways - Offering additional solutions associated with airfield runway needs Who is Requesting: This solicitation is issued by Sourcewell, a local government unit and service cooperative based in the State of Minnesota.

Background

Sourcewell serves thousands of Participating Entities, which include governmental agencies, higher education institutions, K-12 education organizations, nonprofit entities, tribal governments, and other public agencies across the United States and Canada. The intent of this contract is to provide these entities with access to competitively solicited airfield runway materials, services, and solutions.

Contract Requirements

Sourcewell encourages the participation of Small, Minority-owned, Women's Business Enterprise, and Veteran-owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE/VBE) suppliers, both as prime contractors and subcontractors. These suppliers are strongly encouraged to engage in the solicitation process.

Instructions on Submission

A full copy of the Request for Proposals (RFP #080426) is available on the Sourcewell Procurement Portal at https://proportal.sourcewell-mn.gov . All proposals must be submitted exclusively through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal. Proposals are due no later than August 4, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time. Late proposals will not be considered.
