Brickyard Seville Access

Work Details

The project must achieve Substantial Completion by September 30, 2026. The engineer's estimate for the proposed improvements is $1,100,000 for the Base Bid; $25,000 for Alternate 1; and $65,000 for Alternate 2. Bidders must be qualified by experience and properly equipped to complete the specified work within the allotted time.

Period of Performance

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must attain Substantial Completion by September 30, 2026.

The contract will be performed at Brickyard Seville in Wadsworth, Ohio.

Bidder Requirements

Bidders must submit a bid guarantee in the form of either a bond or a certified check equal to 10% of the full bid amount. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Statement of Bidder Resources and Experience are also required. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rates as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Additionally, bidders must purchase a bid book from AA Blueprint to be considered for this project.
