Scope of Work

The contract requires the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of all fire sprinkler systems and related components for The School Board of Citrus County, Florida. The contractor will be responsible for: - Conducting thorough inspections and testing of water-based and dry chemical fire protection systems - Performing all necessary maintenance and repairs to ensure proper system functionality - Ensuring all procedures comply with Fire Marshall regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and the most current applicable codes, including NFPA 25 and NFPA 17, as well as all State of Florida requirements - Providing all qualified labor, supervision, technical expertise, equipment, tools, trade accessories, and materials required for the services - Adhering to NFPA 25 standards regarding inspection frequency and the specific work to be performed at each inspection
