Background

The Department of Children and Families (DCF) is seeking information regarding digital privacy protection services for personnel in high-risk or sensitive positions. Work Details

The RFI requests information on identity protection and online privacy services that include: 1) Online personal information removal; 2) Data broker opt-out management; 3) People-search website suppression; 4) Social media exposure mitigation; 5) Impersonation monitoring; 6) Search engine result reduction; 7) Digital privacy monitoring. Respondents should describe any limitations in removing or suppressing information from third-party platforms and their experience providing services to child protective investigators, law enforcement personnel, public sector investigators, attorneys, judges, or other high-risk government employees. Additionally, details on system architecture including staffing models, dashboards, reporting tools, alerts, case management capabilities, and security measures for protecting confidential personnel information are required.
