Installation of an Overhead Door at the Solids Building

The Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority is inviting sealed bids for the Installation of an Overhead Door at the Solids Building Re-Bid project. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 A.M. local time on July 1, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project involves the installation of a 12x12 exterior insulated rolling door with manual hand-chain and a high-efficiency reduction gear hoist. All work must comply with the Contract Documents and manufacturers' recommendations. There is no information provided regarding pre-bid meetings. Bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project title. Each bid must include a Bid Bond amounting to 10 percent of the total bid price, payable to the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority, to guarantee that the bidder will obtain the necessary Payment Bond and Insurance upon acceptance of their bid. Additionally, a fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit must accompany the bid. Bids should be submitted using the forms provided by the Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority. Contract Documents are available for inspection at no charge at the office of the Engineer or at the BAJSA Office. A complete set of the Contract Documents can be obtained for $45.00 or can be emailed as a PDF at no cost. The Berwick Area Joint Sewer Authority reserves the right to award the contract to the most responsible bidder and to reject any or all bids as deemed necessary. Prevailing Wage Rates are required to be paid.
