Scope of Work

The County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the Mountain's Edge Recreation Center & Mountain's Edge Regional Park Phase II (SNPLMA) project. The selected firm will be responsible for managing and overseeing the construction process, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed efficiently, within budget, and in accordance with all applicable standards and requirements.

Background

This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to identify and select a qualified construction manager/general contractor for the Mountain's Edge Recreation Center & Mountain's Edge Regional Park Phase II (SNPLMA) project. Awards under this RFP are exempt from competitive solicitation under Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) 332.115, Revised 2019.
